Terms & Conditions
If client cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If client cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

*Reservations – subject to availability, will be made upon confirmation of the above and receipt of full payment. In the event mentioned hotels are not available reservations will be made at similar hotels.

Booking Information
Once your booking details are submitted, we will begin processing your reservation. A 20% deposit is required at this stage. Upon receiving your payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to you within 6 hours. The remaining 80% balance must be paid before the start of tour.

*Management will not be responsible for any belongings that are lost or stolen or damaged during the tour.
